Yes, i’m looking for all the 2004 SPM students!
My main purpose is to gather all the students ( hopefully) information regarding their current status, means what are they doing now etc..
Do u feel that u have lost contact with some of them?

Note:
- If u feel uneasy to disclose ur hp no then leave it blank, it’s ok also
- If u’re studying in overseas, please state the country instead of the state.
- If you’re studying in Malaysia, please state the state.
- If you have graduated, just write graduated in the Year of study.
- If u’re working now and did not enter Uni be4, then just state working.
- If u have graduated and are working now then state working and fill in the university and Country/ State of previous uni.
