The last ride: Lego train

Yeah, like Thomas and friends!

Tired after long day..

Really like the Lego-theme park.. Felt like buying a box of Lego to play again.. lol

Then went to watch performances by ang moh..

This one is Thailand I know.. went there before!

Going to rain liao.. lol

This one is Myanmar.. going there some time later..

Taj Mahal, India… going there later also.. lol

The Forbidden City, China! Been there long time ago..

Angkor Wat! Been there last year..

Somewhere in Selangor..

They claimed they took 1 year to build this Lego ship.. U believe?!

A lot ppl told me: Legoland is for kids, Universal Studio is for adult, don’t go Legoland!

But surprisingly it was quite fun there! haha

Maybe not so high expectation!

Next destination: Lego Imagination theme!

Really nice to see all the things are built with Lego!

Next we went to watch 4D movie!

4D? have to wear another glass lo.. haha

But the chair wont move d.. and again, please dont expect any high end stuff coz Legoland is for kids as they said.. No Transformers.. sob sob

Before our lunch, we went to take shower at this place.. lol

They don’t provide free coat or something! U have to pay Rm15 to buy 1!

So we ended up go with our normal clothing!

Then after lunch we went to take Sling shot.. haha.. No lah~

Take Maxolon also no use, after lunch straight sling shot sure vomit gao gao like hyperemesis gravidarum!

5 hours can gao dim everything..

But I think they will expand lah..

Kids were having fun with Lego..

Thought was what adventurous ride.. Who knows.. Go in, take gun, shoot like Counter Strike, then finish, then sell photos to u!

Anyway, the special part of Legoland is the Miniland with all those Twin Tower lah, KL Tower lah etc..

When we reached there at around 10.10am, very few ppl.. So we have decided to enter!

I haven been playing Lego since small.. Almost every birthday present will be a small box of Lego, ended up I have a big box of Legos inside!

Hot sunny day in the morning!

Went to the ticket counter, no ppl also.. haha

The ticket pricing now is Rm140 for foreigner, Rm120 for Malaysian with Rm10 food voucher..

Rm10 food voucher! U think u really can buy lunch at Rm10 or less? haha

In the end u still have to forge out money to top up ur lunch!

Always must have a map in ur hand! So that u wont get lost, wont miss out any fun places & most importantly wont shi shi in ur pants!

Saw this Lego uncle carrying 3 DSLR! haha

The very first thing we played was this! Project X~

Opps! I saw 1 piece of Lego fell off when the car passed by! haha Joking~

Not scary d lah~~ I closed my eyes mah~

My mom dare not to try.. so only 3 of us!

She was taking care of all our belongings.. hehe

Inside got lots of Lego for u to play.. We straight away got out after knowing this.. haha

Oh shit, me & my bro were the eldest for that ride! haha

Please do not try to steal a piece of Lego, they glued it gao gao..

Next will be my parents turn to ride! Marry go round… hehe

Beta blockers substantially reduces exercise capacity

Those on CCB shd not stop exercise abruptly but slow down gradually with a cooling down period.
They may have hypotension if exercise is stopped abruptly. Cool down as in opposite to warm up.

32.7% or 5.8 million msians are hypertensive

3.9% of msian children are obese!

Mortality risk increases from 23 bmi for asians. Hence overwt is above 23 and obese is above 27.5

1kg wt loss equals 1mmhg sbp

10kg wt loss equals 10mm reduction in both systoloc and diastolic bp

Aim to lose 5 to 10% of original wt

Loose 0.5 to 1kg per week over a 6 month period

Crash diet fails as body goes into starvation mode and rapidly gains wt when there is food.

Accumulated excess of 7300calories equals 1kg fat! stored on fix deposit!

A plate of nasi lemak is 500calories for easy comparison.

27.8% prevalence of adult hpt in msia

Only 35% are aware of their hpt!

Out of this 32% is treated but only 9% is well controlled to target!!

One third can be controlled with 1 drug, one third with 2 drugs and one third only with 3 drugs.

Doubling the dose of any drug will only give a little further reduction

A single drug will reduce systolic bp by 9mmhg
Doubling its dose will only reduce the systolic by 10.1mmhg

Hence using 2 drugs of synergistic class is better than doubling the dose of a single agent

Evidence for benefit with alpha blockers in hpt is weak

The combination of ARB and ACEI for hpt is not recommended based on Valiant and On Target results

The most effective combination is either an ACEI or ARB plus a CCB

Avoid diuretics in high metabolic risk groups eg DM

When 3 drugs are required the best combination is ACEI or ARB plus CCB plus diuretic

Vasodilation and loss of volume and sodium will reflexly activate the RAS system. Hence the combination of CCB PLUS ARB OR ACEI is effective. The Diuretics plus ACEI OR ARB is effective. One blocks the reflex response of the other to overcome the bodies’ compensation.

The use of 3 drugs in combination will help to control 90 to 95% of all hypertensive patients

I took my bank book & went off in hurry..

Went to counter, signed, done!

But hey, how come the amount of money is diff from what I expected?

Ok, I used RHB for my PTPTN only.. So after graduated, I planned to close it la..

Sekali I see, it’s my wife’s account book!!

WTH RHB?! I showed u my IC, u saw my name, signature etc.. but still approved?!

Hey, if it’s someone else taking my account book then also can withdraw money?!

Luckily I made the right choice  to close my RHB account.. haha

Thanks for helping me to get what I wanted although the bank account is not mine.. haha
