They wanna see firefly but I actually sat inside it?! Opps~

It’s a 50 minutes drive from my house to the jetty and after taking dinner at opposite the jetty (I suspect they are from the same boss!), we dashed to the  cruise operator’s office at the jetty! Why?

Coz the kiasu Singaporean went there so early made us gam chiong only.. lol

All BLACK! No lights, no flash when photography etc..

Yes, can u see what I saw? Lots of tiny tiny lights in the sea of black.. lol

FYI, the river cruise takes about 45 minutes and costs RM15 per pax. There’s a seafood restaurant opposite the jetty.

Then we straight away went to Snake Temple..

At Snake temple, we also tried the pandan coconut water.. very special indeed!!

After that, we went to Quensbay Mall.. just walk walk lo..

We went back to my cousin sister house at around 6pm after fetching her daughter

Before heading for our dinner, we went to Chew Jetty!

My cousin said not many people know this place.. so brought us here to see..

Later we went to Gurney Drive for our dinner!

Tried some of the famous local foods there.. Not bad i have to say!

I have tried rojak, ais kacang, chendol, mua chi, cha kuey diao etc..

Later we went to Hard Rock Penang!!

But lousy if compared to Hard Rock Bali.. hehe..

That was the first day..

Next day morning we went to take breakfast.. Tried Lor Mee.. not bad..

Saw this funny dog..

Dog’s head but pig’s body.. damn fat.. not pregnant la.. haha..

Our first stop was at Kek Lok Si..

Lots of tortoise there..

Heading to the bronze statue..

Inclined leh.. haha..

Later we took taxi from Kek Lok Si to Botanical Garden.. RM20

Why on earth i wanna go Botanical Garden?

Coz Penang Hill was closed for renovation and the only way to get up to the hill is by jeep..

I thought taking jeep was a good idea as well.. So wanna try..

Who knows the jeep is RM60 per trip.. no matter how many ppl..

No other ppl there to share the cost with us.. so Rm30 per head is not worth it la.. Penang Hill only.. haha..

Then we took another cab from Botanical Garden to George Town for another RM20..

We took our worst lunch ever in Prangai Mall..

Then we started our walking spree to visit historical sites..

First one was Xie Kong Si

Actually walked to the wrong place.. but since there then visit lo..

Haha.. Then went to Khoo Kong Si.. This was the place i wanted to go.. lol

Why Kong Si? coz the British needed them to register their temple under company (公司)

Then we walked again to Penang Museum..

Before that, we stopped by at St. George Church..

Penang Museum’s admission fees was Rm1 per head.. lol

Then we walked again to Fort Cornwallis.. This time much further..

Walked & walked..

We went back by Taxi and this cost us another Rm20!

Dinner was seafood across the Penang bridge..

Came back by Ferry.. my cousin sister really good to take us around.. i really appreciate that!

Next morning went for some business matter and then flew back to JB on 1.10pm flight..

Reached home safely at around 3-4 something..

We took roller coaster down Genting..

What?

Yeah, the bus is just like roller coaster man!!

Try it if u havent tried before.. hehe

Then we went to Kamal Bookstore..

The first place we went..

After buying all the books we wanted to, hmm…

We luput liao.. lol

So heavy…

We rested a while then went to KLCC..

After a long time, finally we found a spot where we could take this wonderful pic! haha

KLCC is famous for it’s expensive branded goods.. so the only thing we bought back was Dunkin Donut with it’s RM7 stupid Ice Bluberry Latte..

This latte.. KNS, i saw him put in Marygold milk then add something then shake shake.. walao, dont let me see ma..

Tulan leh see the Marygold milk…

That ended our first day at KL..

Next day morning we went to Bintang Walk..

First shopping complex was Times Square..

Then Lowyat…

Then Pavillion..

Then Lot 10..

Then Lowyat again.. Why?

Then Sungai Wang..

Coz i’m looking for a clothing for my iPhone 3G..

Went so many shopping complex but cant find my desire one..

Even lowyat.. kinda sad to see lowyat is selling so many pirated goods.. lol..

I said leather pouch.

The guy gave me a KNS low quality ugly PVC pouch then said RM50..

I was thinking… this kind of pouch, need to buy meh..

I use few PVC then jahit together can get lo..

So uglyyyyy!!

Expensive also..

I went to see formal clothing as well..

50% OFF!! RM110 then should be RM55 la!! ok, good brand also.. Renoma if not mistaken..

Then a closer look.. Walao, it’s Rm110 after discount la!

So this ended our 2nd day in KL..

The 3rd day was another interesting day with Jun Ing’s buddy, Terence..

The first place we went was breakfast.. lol

Then Sunway Pyramid..

I cant go for ice skating.. aiyo.. sueh la..

Sprained my ankle..

We could only see from top..

And also not forgot to laugh at people who fell down..

Nah, if my ankle din sprained, sure better than u! haha..

Actually we planned to buy our 3rd yr books from Kamal Bookstore in KL.. so might as well go for a short trip..

1 day 1 night at Genting.. haha..

Wednesday morning took off then around 2pm reach..

As usual, girl’s job.. haha.. unpacking.. lol

When open out the window, adui, cleaning in progress..

The room not bad.. nice scenery.. nice girl also

TJI has motion sickness so basically 60% of the indoor and outdoor theme park she cant play lo..

So.. guess what??

We went for monorail.. so nice the name.. to be exact, the 毛毛虫 la..

The extra slow for kids one.. haha..

Not many ppl in Genting..

Not yet holiday ma..

She insisted.. self portrait.. hehe..

McD!! No value meals..

Of course la.. tourist place ma..

But we get discount also..

Maybe i’m too handsome? lol

Bought 2 breakfast set for RM13++ each set and i gave the cashier Rm50 note..

She gave me back Rm30++ lol..

Since hotel guest has special discount..

Rm5 for 2 way..

If not hotel guest then RM10 for 2 way ma..

This was her first time taking cable car..

So excited..

Coz  before getting off the cable car, there would be a guy standing there taking pictures..

He’ll select who to take la..

Then hor..

Everytime he took our photo la..

the last time the guy even said “cantik” o.. haha..

No insurance la.. at your own risk.. lol

Finally got back to our hotel..

Dinner..

Then meet Kok, then casino.. since i have never been to casino before..

Kok, forgot to take picture with u.. aiyo, must be my Gui Yong and my leg’s pain were killing me..

I’m half dead that time..

then next day morning 9am bus back..

Next stop was KL..

1 day 1 night huh?

Every time i wanna go, something would crop up..

This time i went but not i camped.. Again..

These are my dad’s students..

Even the bus driver could not tahan the beauty of Sedili and rather slept in the bus than going back.. haha..

And the teachers as well.. they’re so sporting.. got into the water with the students as well..

1 special thing they did was singing Negaraku after reaching the island over the other side of the river..

I was shocked to hear the National Anthem halfway through my “business”..

Thought heard some “special” sounds..

Ah, luckily not.. :laugh:

Anyway, they were swimming at the estuary.. place crocodiles like the most.. lol

When my dad asked “Tak ada buaya ke?”

Horse-shoe crab.or in BM which is known as belangkas… Also known as horsefoot, king crab, or saucepan.

Anyway, this crab has medical importance.. now still under research for penicillin resistance bacteria.. cool huh?

2 cute tortoises  are playing around..

Wah..what kind of water sport is this?”water soccer”?Anyway, who dares to play on this dirty pond??
