Today went to take blood for Hepatitis B antigen and antibody test..
I know it’s shameful for a medical student to be phobia to blood taking but i’m not denying it 
I have good insight and i know i’ll overcome it one day and today is the day! (Prof Fadzillah: I said dont say good insight straightaway, must give reason)
Ok, I know i have problem when people pokes needle in me..
I know the problem is related to medical illness
I know the problem is from the brain (not from the hand, lol)
And i know this problem can be cued by systemic desensitization 
I did not have vasovagal attack and i guess it’s a good sign of it..
