Ready to deliver..

But wait!!

How come the stomach is soooo small..

How many weeks the nurse asked her?

Preterm dude..

called Senior MO and she checked using ultrasound scanning since the Iban girl has never been to antenatal clinic before..

Breech presentation!!

But wait!!!!

How come no heart beat?

IUD!

OMG!!

Later the fetus and amniotic sac were “pushed” out and the maceration has occurred..

So geli eh..
