Anyway this is different from Anwar's case, Anwar was alleged to be involved in sodomy which is a criminal offence and the state prosecutes (criminal law stuff). But yea I think her resignation actually weakens her stance...it implies that she has somehow consented to it. If she had not consented she could have said that she was a victim all along and there's no need to resign. it’s civil law, where got moral law one lol.
