PMR can be abolished, but in that case they might as well reform the whole secondary school system to make it into a 4 year curriculum, like those in Singapore and other countries. Otherwise I really see no point in spending that long in secondary school proposal only, not definitely going to abolish. UPSR is still required, cannot abolished that.
